Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

Ready to bake pie crust
4 cups rhubarb, cubed
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine spread
Directions
Place the cubed rhubarb in the pie crust. Combine sugar, 1/3 cup flour, and sour cream. Pour over rhubarb. Combine 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, and margarine. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over pie. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue baking for 30 minutes more.
