Ingredients

1.5 cup blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and or strawberries( chop strawberries into pieces if using)
1 pack stevia- preferably the kind with fiber
    1 teas cornstarch
100 cal serving granola or nut&grain cereal of choice- any will do as long as you measure it out so you are only getting appx 100 calories. I didn't specify a weight because the calories vary so much from one brand to another.

Directions

wash berries and toss with stevia and cornstarch- place in a oven safe ramekin or small bowl and top with granola

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes( until it is bubbling) then either burn the hell out of your tongue by eating immediately- or let it cool a bit! ( wink) and enjoy! If you REALLY want decadent- serve warm with fat free frozen yogurt in whatever flavor you like!
