Introduction

This salad is great on its own, in a green salad, or on tacos! This salad is great on its own, in a green salad, or on tacos!

Ingredients

    1 c black beans
    2 c frozen kernel corn, thawed
    1 c chopped sweet peppers
    1 avocado mashed
    1/4 c lime juice
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4-1/2 c green onions to taste

Directions

mash avocado with lime juice. mix with other ingredients chopped fine. Black beans should be drained and rinsed if canned. corn and beans do not need to be chopped :) there are lots of healthy ingredients that could be added.
