Ingredients

    Beans, black, 2 cup-1 can
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)-chop
    Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup 1 small can
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
    *Cumin, ground-1 tsp
    Vegetable Broth, 10 cup
    Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp
    Fat Free Sour Cream, 16 tbsp
    *Guacamole, 8 tbsp
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz
    Salt, .5 tbsp

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in a large pot until soft. Add chilies, tomatoes, corn, beans, broth and seasonings and bring to a boil. Simmer on low/medium heat for about 15 minutes. Top with cheese, sour cream, cilantro and guacamole (these remaining ingredients are measured to be about 2 tbsp each per serving).
