Introduction

Great with chips, or refried beans and tortillias. Actually I just like it with most stuff. Great with chips, or refried beans and tortillias. Actually I just like it with most stuff.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    red ripe tomatoes - 3 large, chopped
    white onion- 1 large chopped
    serrano chilies- 4 chopped
    fresh garlic - 3 cloves pressed
    lemon juice- 1 tbsp
    salt- 1 tsp

Directions

Chop all ingredients up into similar sizes excluding the salt, juice, and garlic. Place in large glass or plastic bowl, don't use metal. Put the peeled cloves of garlic through a garlic press, then squeeze in lemon juice or add to salsa from the bottle. Sprinkle salt and blend together, best when served cold.

Serving Size: makes 8 decent sized servings
