Introduction

cut up potato into thick chips, bake in over until cooked.
when cooked put oil, crushed garlic, sugar, salt, green and red peppers into pan after few minutes add the chips and toss until covered in flavour ... naughty but realy nice :D

Ingredients

    Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Baked Potato, with skin, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia. (remove)

Directions
