Shish sans Kebab

Introduction

I hate veggies, but I could eat this every night. And it's virtually ALL veggies! I hate veggies, but I could eat this every night. And it's virtually ALL veggies!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 large onion
    3 green peppers
    1 large can of chunk pineapple
    1 lb chicken breasts, thawed
    1 bottle Teriyaki Marinade

Directions

1. Peel onions and chop into large chunks (I split the onion into about 5 sections). Separate the sections and put into a gallon ziplock bag.

2. Chop peppers into coarse chunks. Add to bag.

3. Drain pineapple, add to bag.

4. Chop chicken into 1 inch chunks. Add to bag.

5. Pour about 1/2 the bottle of marinade into bag and seal. Mix around well. Put into the fridge for about 30-60 minutes (not to exceed about 2 hours or the food gets REALLY salty).

6. Using a grill basket, grill the mixture until charred on the edges.

7. Serve with a smile!

Serving Size: Makes 4 gigantic servings
