Tuna Salad

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can of albacore tuna, packed in water
    2 tbsp. reduced fat mayo with olive oil
    2 tsp. yellow mustard (optional)
    1 large celery stalk
    1/4 - 1/2 cup onion (to taste)
    1 tbsp. relish
    and a dash of your favorite seasoning. I prefer Nature's Seasoning, but Pinch of Herbs is great too. Whatever you desire.

Directions

Combine ingredients and enjoy. You can put it between bread, wrapped in Romaine Lettuce hearts, on top of greens or eat it alone. I like to add tomatoes and arugula.
