    Evaporated Milk, non fat, 1 cup
    Pepper. 1/3 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1/3 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Splenda, 6 tsp
    Chicken Broth, .75 cup
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, 2.5 cups

Directions

brown the onion in the oil
add remaining ingredients except milk
bring to a boil
reduce to simmer and stir in milk
