Another Chicken Stir Fry

Introduction

It's just like the name says... It's just like the name says...
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 tbsp
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving
    Soy Sauce, .25 cup

Directions

Wash your veggies - dice, de-seed and whatnot the veggies and set aside.

Boil pasta per instructions on box, drain and set aside.

Heat wok, add butter. Once butter is melted, add your garlic, scallions and the chicken (cut into strips) - cook until chicken is no longer putting up a fight (i.e. completely cooked and not likely to become a zombie) then add the peppers and soy sauce. Cook until peppers are softened. Add your pasta.
