1 pie crust, baked
1 c milk, low fat, cold
2 pkg (4svg size) Jello vanilla instant pudding,
sugar free, fat free
1 c canned pumpkin
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp cinnamon,
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg)
1 1/2 c whipped topping (do NOT use real
whipped cream, it will break down--and who
needs the fat!)
Beat milk, pudding mixes, pumpkin and spices with whisk until blended. Stir in 1 1/2 c whipped topping. Spread it in the crust, and REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR. The pie must be kept refrigerated.
