IntroductionGreat for a dessert or just a snack! Great for a dessert or just a snack!
1/2 cup of your choice of milk
1/4 cup of plain, lowfat/nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
1/2 of a small carrot (optional, but adds to the taste!)
1. Measure out all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smoothly mixed together.
3. Pour out and enjoy!
Calories/Fat may be lower than the nutritional value listed. (Used 2% milk when calculating this value)
