Introduction

Ingredients

    Quiche Base:
    4 Large Eggs
    350g Mashed Yams (Can be removed for fewer carbs)
    1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
    1/2 cup ricotta cheese
    44g Goat Cheese
    6.06 oz turkey meat (leftovers from roasted turkey)
    135g frozen veggies
    Topping:
    102g Italian Blend Shredded Cheese

Directions

Spray Baking Dish with non-stick spray.

Add to mixing bowl: Mashed Yams, Eggs, cream cheese, goat cheese, and ricotta cheese. Remove bowl from mixer and add meat and frozen veggies. Pour into baking dish.

Top with shredded cheese.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove Cover and bake or low broil for an additional 15 minutes until top is golden.
Oven Temp: 350
