Protein Nut butter bar

Introduction

No bake nut butter bars No bake nut butter bars
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 Jar of almond butter (12-16 oz)
    1 cup honey
    1 tbsp vanilla
    3 cups oats
    1 pkg of protein shake, or 1 cup

Directions

heat nut butter and honey in microwave until easy to stir, about 1-1 1/2 mn. Stir then stir all the other ingredients together. Press mix into 9X13 pan and place in fridge for about an hour. Cut into squares.
