Ingredients

6 rinsed and drained cans of Bush's kidney beans
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced leeks
1/2 cup diced onions
12 ounces tomato juice
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 1/4 pounds ground beef
Water
1 tbsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, parsley
3 tbs chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Saute ground beef. Meanwhile add tomato juice, tomato paste, tomato sauce, diced celery, carrots, leeks, onions, and drained rinsed beans to crock pot. Add 4 cups or so of water and seasonings.
Cook in crock pot for 6-8 hours on low.
