Low Country Chowder

Introduction

This is what I did with the left overs from a low country boil after eating all the crab out of it.
A very fattening recipe that has no business on this website. Sorry about that.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    All the leftovers from low country boil
    1/2 cup cream
    1 cup milk
    1 cup vegetable broth
    black pepper to taste
    1 onion, minced, sauteed

Directions

Simmer potatoes, milk, cream and vegetable broth until warmed through. (Assuming potatoes are already cooked and have been sitting in the fridge for a week)
Puree mixture with a stick blender (or pour into your blender and return to pot after blending)
Chop up kielbasa and shrimp and cut corn off of cobs and add all to the mix. Saute and add minced onion to the mix.
Add fresh ground pepper to taste.
Serve warm.

Serving Size: Makes about a quart depending on your leftovers
