Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Mackerel (fish), 2 fillet (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 6 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Cook Salt Mackerel for 10 minutes
Dice tomatoes, Onion, Sweet Pepper
Heat frying pan
Add Oil
Fry Salt Mackerel after washing and soaking in water
Add all other ingredients
Cover and let simmer
