Healthy Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

    1 large Boboli Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Shell, 1 package reduced-fat mozzerella cheese, .5 red tomato, 1 cup Trader Joe's Organic Baby Spinach, 10 basil leaves, 1 cup raw sweet onion (chopped), 1 pouch Boboli pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, 1 clove garlic, 2 oz athenos reduced fat feta cheese, and 1 small portabella mushroom.

    Feel free to substitute ingredients, use different brands, or use less of each ingredient. It might change the calorie counts a bit :-)

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Place pizza stone in oven. While oven is heating, chop up vegetables. Spread sauce over the crust and grate mozzerella (I used half of the package). Sprinkle mozzerella over the pizza. Add chopped vegetables and pepperoni. Crumble feta over the top and pop in the oven. Let it bake for 10-12 minutes, cool, and cut into 6 slices. Enjoy!
