Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 3 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 4 tsp (remove)
    Tomatoes, whole, in tomato Juice, 121g=1/2 cup, Contadina, 794 gram(s) (remove)
    Swiss Chard, 4 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Fenugreek seeds / Methi seeds, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Coriander seed, 2 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)


Directions

Chop the cooked chard and sautee with the onions. Add the Garlic and spices. THen add the chickpeas and tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. serve.
