Introduction

Yoghurt & Cucumber Dip Yoghurt & Cucumber Dip
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 Medium Cucumber
    1 Cup Natural Low Fat Yoghurt
    1 Medium Onion
    Garlic
    Paprika

Directions

- Use the nutmeg grater to grate cucumber and onion finely.
- Mix into yoghurt with paprika and garlic to taste.
- Serve alongside carrot and cucumber sticks, or spread on bread.

Serving Size: Makes a bowl of dip, maybe 20 tbsp

  • (Tzatziki) It typically has fresh dill in it too and lemon juice. Greek Yogurt works best you can make your own by draining regular plain yogurt. I ususally add fresh mint when I am serving with a Greek meal. - 6/28/11
