1/2 cup milk, 1%
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons Country Crock spread, melted
2. Add milk
3. Stir in flour and sugar just until blended
4. Add margarine spread
5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a hot greased 8 inch skillet
6. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned
7. Remove and keep warm
8. Repeat; stack crepes with waxed paper in between.
Serving Size: Makes 6 six inch crepes
