Ingredients

    - 1 1/2 cups mixed berries
    - 1 cup 1% milk
    - 1 cup ice
    - 1 tsp lemon juice
    - 1 tbsp sugar

Directions

Blend 1 1/2 cups mixed blackberries, strawberries and raspberries with 1 cup each milk and ice, 1 tsp lemon juice, and sugar to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 1 16oz serving
