Key Lime Pie

Introduction

Ingredients

    Graham cracker crust, pre-made

    6 egg yolks (save the whites for meringue, not included in the nutritional information)

    1/2 cup Kermit's Key Lime Juice

    2 14 oz cans Skim Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions

Mix the egg yolks, key lime juice and condensed milk well. Pour into the graham cracker crust and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes before refrigerating. You can top with meringue or whipped cream if you prefer.
