1 patty Morningstar Farms Breakfast Patties,
1 Thomas' English Muffin, Light Multigrain
1/2 cup Milk, Fat free, Lactose Free (Great Value)
4 tsp. Eagle Mills Ultragrain flour
Garlic Powder to taste,
To make the gravy, combine the milk, flour and seasoning in a small pot. Mix well. Add crumbles and heat over a medium high flame. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Once it reaches a boil, continue stirring till thickened, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Season generously with spices to taste. Separate the English Muffin into halves and warm in the microwave. Then pour the gravy over the open faces halves and enjoy!
