So-Good Sausage Gravy 'n Muffin

Introduction

I copied this from Hungry Girl. I calculated using lactose free milk and Eagle Mills supergrain flour as that is what I use. Obviously you can use whatever you have on hand. Ingredients

    1 patty Morningstar Farms Breakfast Patties,
    1 Thomas' English Muffin, Light Multigrain
    1/2 cup Milk, Fat free, Lactose Free (Great Value)
    4 tsp. Eagle Mills Ultragrain flour
    Salt,
    Onion Salt,
    Pepper,
    Garlic Powder to taste,

Directions

Prepare breakfast patty according to package directions. Once cool enough to handle. cut into small crumble size pieces. Set aside.
To make the gravy, combine the milk, flour and seasoning in a small pot. Mix well. Add crumbles and heat over a medium high flame. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Once it reaches a boil, continue stirring till thickened, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Season generously with spices to taste. Separate the English Muffin into halves and warm in the microwave. Then pour the gravy over the open faces halves and enjoy!
