Introduction

This chicken salad recipe can be used on a sandwich, in a wrap or on a bed of lettuce. It is super yummy, healthy and creamy, using nonfat greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise! Ingredients

    6 oz. cooked boneless, skinless chicken (you can use baked, boiled or broiled)
    1/2 c. Greek non-fat plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. Spicy brown mustard
    1 medium celery stalk diced
    Lemon pepper to taste

Directions

Dice or shred cooked chicken. Mix all ingredients together well and chill. This can be served on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich or wrap.
