Tay's Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

    8 chicken tenderloins (tasybird, boneless, skinless)
    1 leek (Chopped)
    1 Red Bell Pepper (choppped)
    1 Zuchini ( Chopped)
    1 Yellow Squash (Chopped)
    1 small head Broccoli (Chopped)
    1 Sheet Puff Pastry (Pepperidge Farm, thawed)
    1 Jar chicken gravy Heniz Homestyle)

Directions

In large frying pan, Cook tenderloins, Chopped tenderloins as they thaw in the pan, return to pan and cook fully.

Once chicken is cooked, add the chopped veggies and the jar of chicken gravy, plus 1/4cup water (use gravy jar, shake and pour into pan)

Cover for 10mins

Transfer to 12" deep pie dish, cover with puff pastry.

Cook at 450F for 15-20 mins, until pastry is nice and golden
