Ground Turkey Meatloaf

Introduction

This is just what I had laying about the kitchen - no frills just stuff to use up! This is just what I had laying about the kitchen - no frills just stuff to use up!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 454 grams (remove)1 lb approx
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Broccoli, cooked, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Boiled Potato, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *GV Plain Bread Crumbs, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Branston Smooth Pickle, 50 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

Just mix all ingredients together - shape into desired loaf. Place in pam sprayed dish and cook on 350 uncovered for 1 hour then uncovered for another 30 mins to brown up a little - add cheese on top if so desired.

Serving Size: makes 4 ample portions, 6 small portions
