Ingredients

    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
    *Kalamata Black Olive,chopped, 6 tbsp (remove)
    *Yellow onion, chopped, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving (remove)
    Canned Chicken, 2 can (5 oz) (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, .25 cup (remove)
    *Average Roma Tomato, 2 serving (remove)
    *Kroger Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, .75 cup (remove)

Directions

chop or shred all ingredients and toss together-serve with fat free ranch dressing and top with tortilla strips. Serve with bread sticks
