1 Can Libby's Pumpkin 16oz
6 Tbsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1 1/2 cup Non Fat Milk
1/2 cup Egg Beaters Equivalent for 2 eggs
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Fat Free Sugar Free Jello Pudding Vanilla
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Ready to bake frozen pie crust
Mix All Ingredients in bowl until well mixed and smooth. Pour into pie crust.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 50 min or until center is done. (It may take longer then 50min.)
Make 8 Pie Slices
