Stuffed Banana Peppers

Introduction

A change up on the traditional stuffed peppers. A change up on the traditional stuffed peppers.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Banana Peppers, 4 large (5" long)
    Ground beef, lean, 18 oz
    Tomato Sauce, 3 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Directions

Brown hamburger and onion. After hamburger is no longer pink, add rice. Cut banana peppers in half length wise and fill each half with an eighth of the hamburger mix. Mix the tomato sauce and water and pour over peppers. Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings-1/2 of a stuffed pepper each
