Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts(about 4 oz)
    1 16 oz can of petite diced tomatoes no sodium
    1 cup green bell pepper diced
    1 cup red onion diced
    3 cloves of garlic
    juice of 1 lime
    canola oil to saute chicken

Directions

heat oil ,saute your chicken either whole or cut into the size u prefer. when almost done,add the remaining ingredients and cover. cook
for about 30 minutes.serve with rice or noodles
