Ingredients

    1 carrot grated
    1 large leaf green cabbage (spring greens)
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    1 tbsp Yeo Valley organic plain yogurt
    1 tsp hot horseradish sauce

Directions

prepare vegetables
mix with yogurt and horseradish and mix well
