Grandma's Buttermilk Salad

Introduction

This is an unusual concoction which they will beg you to make again. It's quick and easy. Perfect for Church or work meal. This is an unusual concoction which they will beg you to make again. It's quick and easy. Perfect for Church or work meal.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 box Vanilla Instant pudding
    1 1/2 cups Buttermilk
    1 pack Fudge Stripe cookies
    1 container Fat Free Cool Whip
    1 can Mandarin oranges (not in syrup)
    1 can Pineapple tidbits (no sugar added)

Directions

Mix Vanilla pudding with Cool Whip and Buttermilk. Add the fruit and broken up cookies. You can serve immediately but I like the cookies to soften so I make it the night before. Very rich so you will not eat alot at one sitting.

Makes 16 - 1/2 cup servings.
