Introduction

Ingredients

    one or more cloves of garlic
    1 t. rosemary
    juice of one lemon (about 3 T)
    two 15.5 oz cans white beans
    14 oz can artichoke hearts in water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

drain the beans (and rinse thoroughly if using canned).
drain the artichoke hearts.
process all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
adding olive oil or grated parmesan makes it creamier or richer, but also adds calories.

Serving Size: makes a dozen large 100-calorie servings
