Salmon Apple Feta Salad

Introduction

Enjoy Alaskan salmon grilled on top of a feta apple salad. I recommend this recipe for those who benefit from the omega-3 heart healthy fish and enjoy the zest of apple bites and feta cheese over a spinach salad. This salad is light and keeps you full which is perfect to serve on a hot summer day. Enjoy Alaskan salmon grilled on top of a feta apple salad. • I didn't have spinach, so I used arugula & green apples; also used quarter cup of walnuts with my favorite dressing. Hubby thought the salmon could have used more seasoning (used salt, pepper, cap of lemon juice), but I thought it was perfect for having atop a salad. Definitely making this again. - 1/19/15

  • I use Jazz Apples and squirt a little bit of lemmon juice on the to keep them from browning. This salad is perfectly simple. - 7/17/11
