    10 spears asparagus
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    spring onions / onion chopped
    Potato - peeled and chopped
    spray oil
    stock cube, water 1 litre, seasoning, dried herbs

    saute vegetables then add stock and water
    simmer for 20 minutes, blend with a stick blender and season
