Ingredients

    * 8 oz. Pasta, Ronzoni, Healthy Harvest, Whole Wheat Blend, Thin Spaghetti
    * 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    * 2 Tbsp Garlic Minced
    * 3 Cups Diced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    * 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    * To Taste: Basil and Oregano (fresh or dried), Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Cracked Pepper & Salt

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Heat a large sauté pan over medium high with olive oil. Sauté garlic until golden. Add tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, herbs and cheese. Heat until warmed (about 2 minutes).

Combine pasta and tomato mixture and heat until warm (approximately 2 to 3 minutes).

Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
