Introduction

I was so tired of making the same old fish with lemon juice... boring! I decided to try something ne and I am so glad I did!! Tasty and good for you too?? Who would have thought?! I was so tired of making the same old fish with lemon juice... boring! I decided to try something ne and I am so glad I did!! Tasty and good for you too?? Who would have thought?!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cod fillets (6 oz)
    1 tbsp fat free ranch dressing
    2 tsp reduced fat parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp parsley

Directions

Spread ranch dressing over cod. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes.
