Ingredients

    1 c. Peaches, canned, water pack - halves or slices
    1/2 c Dates, chopped
    1 1/2 c Oats, uncooked
    1 c. Silk, Vanilla Soymilk
    1/4 c Coconut, raw, shredded

Directions

8x8 baking pan

Layer ingredients in order given - evenly distributing the soymilk over the oats (Oats will still appear dry).

Bake 350' 20-30 minutes until set and browned on top.
