4.5 Tbl stick margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges
2 Tbl sugar
12 oz low fat sour cream
1 (1.4 oz) pkg sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz) container frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed
Filling: drain mandarin oranges reserving 1/4 cup of juice. Combine, sugar, sour cream & pudding mix in a large bowl. Stir in the oranges. Spoon filling over crust, spreading evenly. Top with whipped topping & chill 1 hr.
