1 (13 oz) Pkg Cranberries (Ground) 2 sm. pkgs raspberry sugar free jello 1-3/4 C. Sugar 2 C. Hot water 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple 2 C. Celery (diced fine)
Grind raw cranberries. Mix raspberry jello and sugar with the hot water. Mix cranberries, pineapple and celery with the sugar and jello mixture. Put in refrigerator to chill. Is best to make a day ahead of when you want to serve. This will make approx. 20 servings of 1/2 cup each.
