Grandma Nielsen's Tuna and Noodles

Number of Servings: 8


    No yolks noodles, 12 ounce bag
    Tuna, Port Side, 4 cans packed in water
    Non-fat Milk, 1-1/2 cups
    3 tablespoons unsalted butter
    3 tablespoons whole wheat flour


Cook noodles according to package instructions.

Melt butter in microwave. Stir flour into butter until it makes a paste. Slowly add milk to flour mixture and stir until lumps are gone. Microwave 2 minutes. Stir until lumps are gone. Continue this until consistency is as a sauce.

Mix sauce, tuna, and cooked noodles. Let sit five minutes to mix flavors.

Makes eight one cup servings.
