Snickerdoodle Cooke Cake

Ingredients

    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour

Directions

Cream together butter and sugar. Add soda, tartar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in flour. Chill for an hour in refrigerator. Spread in a cookie sheet and bake for 20 - 22 min. at 375*.
