Introduction

My Mom made this all the time. It's an old Penn Dutch recipe that I've tweaked a bit. My Mom made this all the time. It's an old Penn Dutch recipe that I've tweaked a bit.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 c cucumber slices (thin as possible)
    1 c onion slices (")
    pack Equal
    3 T cider vinegar
    3 T reduced fat sour cream
    2 T mayo
    salt, pepper & celery seed to taste

Directions

Mix everything except the cucumber and onion in mixing bowl with whisk. Pour over vegetables. Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate. Tastes better the second day.


Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2 c servings or 3 1-c servings
