Introduction

Simple and tasty side dish. I like to serve this with Baked and Breaded Italian Chicken Breasts. Simple and tasty side dish. I like to serve this with Baked and Breaded Italian Chicken Breasts.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tsps. black pepper
    2 tsps. paprika
    1 tsp garlic powder
    Salt to tast

    I actually season to taste, so all of the seasonings above (except olive oil) are guesstimates.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Slice potatoes in half and cut each half into wedges. In a large bowl toss the potato wedges in olive oil and all of the seasonings. Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet (I use a stoneware bar pan) and bake for at least 45 minutes or until wedges are tender. Enjoy!
