Easy Apple Crumble

Ingredients

    1 can Watties diced apples (400g)
    2 teasp sugar
    2 teasp cinnamon
    2 mini boxes Sunmaid raisins
    1 cup flour
    50 g butter - chopped into cubes
    1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions

Mix together apples, cinnamon, sugar and raisins in a small deep oven proof dish/casserole.
In a bowl combine flour and brown sugar and then "rub in" the cubed butter until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Spread flour mixture over apples and put into a medium oven (350F/180C) for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with cream, custard or icecream.
