Ingredients

DRY INGREDIENTS:
Quaker Instant Oatmeal Dry, 3 cup
*Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 5 tbsp
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
WET INGREDIENTS:
Brown Sugar, 0.33 cup, packed
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Honey, 0.25 cup
Egg white, 1 serving
JIF creamy peanut butter, 8 tbsp
CHOP & FOLD AFTER MIXING WET & DRY TOGETHER:
Reese's Chips, 2 tbsp
semi-sweet chocolate swirled chips, 2 tbsp
Almonds, 0.5 cup, slivered
32 - MINI CHOCOLATE KISSES - placed 1 on each square before baking
TOPPING TO DRIZZLE ON TOP:
Water, tap, 4-6 fl oz
Powdered Sugar, 4 tbsp, unsifted
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
JIF creamy peanut butter, 8 tbsp
Directions
1. Spray Jelly Roll pan w/ Cooking Spray
2. In a medium sized bowl, mix dry ingredients together set aside.
3. In mixing bowl, Mix wet ingredients - allowing enough room to add the dry ingredients.
4. Fold in the chopped chips & almonds -
5. press into the prepared pan & bake at 350 for 20 mins - - score before baking - this makes it easier to cut into 32 pieces.
6. Place 1 mini-kiss on each square.
7. Bake
8. Let cool -
9. Cut into 32 pieces
10. Heat topping & drizzle over on top
11. Let cool
12. Wrap to keep moist.
