Introduction

Yummy cold soup w/ orange tomatoes. Excellent with a grilled cheese. Yummy cold soup w/ orange tomatoes. Excellent with a grilled cheese.

Ingredients

    Red Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, .75 cup, diced (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
    Fresh Basil, 10 leaves (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Fresh ground Pepper, black, 3 dash (remove)
    Orange Tomatoes, 5 tomato (remove)
    2 diced with skin on, 3 blended using chop
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

chop all the veggies, add to a bowl. add chopped basil, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil. stir. blend 3 partially skinned tomatoes on chop setting with vinegar. add to bowl. stir. take 1/2 of mix and return to blender to chop again. add water to bowl. return 1/2 mix to the bowl. stir. refrigerate to chill. serve.
