Ingredients

    1 can crushed pineapple
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 bottle barbecue sauce of your choice

Directions

Place pineapple, chicken breast, and barbecue sauce in a crock pot. Heat on high for 4 hours.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.

I substitute regular barbecue sauce for KC Masterpiece's new low-calorie barbecue sauce, which cuts down the calories. You can also add more chicken to the recipe for more servings.
