Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    1 tbsp cooking oil, extra virgin or canola
    1 tsp salt or less
    1/2 cup water (less or more as needed for dough.

Directions

Measure flour cornmeal and salt into dish
Pour in oil and mix together until the mix is crumbly
Use about a half cup water and knead dough together
separate into 6 or 8 rounds
Roll out on floured surface
bake or fry on both sides for a minute to a minute and half on medium flame
watch carefully so it does not burn.
Eat!

Serving Size: Makes 6 to 8 servings.
